Andy Sands
Techniques in Wildlife Photography
Visitors Welcome - £5 on the evening
Andy is a professional wildlife and nature photographer.
Andy's talk will cover a range of techniques he has used over the years from photographing small mammals in captivity, bird photography at or near the nest, and also macro photography.
He'll cover composition, lighting and techniques such as focus stacking, share some of his stunning images, undertaking to send us away inspired and with a few ideas to try ourselves.
He has been photographing wildlife professionally for nearly 30 years and supplies Nature Picture Library with images that are published regularly.
Andy also owns and runs Chiswick Camera Centre and has worked in photographic retail since he left school. This puts him in a good position to answer any questions as he is familiar with most photographic brands on the market.
